Sour
Cherry Brown Ale is an American-style, top-fermented ale
brewed with British floor-malted barley,caramel and
chocolate malts, toasted wheat, Washington-grown Cascade
hops, brown sugar, chopped ginger roots, shaved nutmeg, a
handful of Ceylon cinnamon bark, and thirty pounds of fresh
hand-pressed Montmorency cherries. |
